Once your order has been processed, our department will contact you to coordinate and facilitate your contract requirements. At your home, we will measure your window openings and provide you with ideas and options on window styles, glazing, and grids.

You are under no obligation to pay until you signed written contract with us.

Upon approval of our price quote, we will place the order for your new windows. The timetable when all products will be ready for installation varies according to quantity and types of products ordered. Usually it would be 2 - 4 weeks.

Once all products are received from outside vendors and windows are out of our production shop, our office will call to schedule an installation date. Generally, our jobs require one - two days to complete the installation, depending on the number of windows in your home.

We will check all windows for proper vent operation also for proper caulking, stops, trim, etc. Clean window frames, trim, and glass. Clean up and remove all packing materials and debris. Replace any curtains, drapes, furniture, etc., that was moved for installation. Instruct the homeowner on window operation and maintenance
