LIMITED WARRANTY FULLY TRANSFERABLE

1. The vinyl window and patio door frame and sash are warranted against defects in materials for a period of 20 (twenty) years from the  date of installation under normal use and service.
2. Workmanship of all HOMESRENOVATION products warranted for a period of 20 (twenty) years from date of installation.
3. Insulating glass units are warranted for a period of 20 (twenty) years against seal failure. Glass breakage of any kind is not covered in this warranty.
4. This warranty will be void if units are not installed in accordance with our instruction or are damaged in installation. This warranty does not cover damage of any kind caused by misuse, abuse or negligence, fire or acts of God.
5. This warranty is transferable only once from original purchaser. Any claims by new transferee will be honored if the following criteria have been met: HOMESRENOVATION must be notified in writing within 30 days after the date of ownership transfer; and the transferee must send certified check payable to HOMESRENOVATION for $75.00 (seventy-five dollars) to cover warranty transfer handling cost. Failure to receive these criteria and the original warranty number will result in cancellation of warranty coverage. If the criteria are met, the warranty will remain in accordance with original Owner's terms from date of installation and shall be limited to the un-expired remaining portion of the original term.
